A: Your membership expiration is on your original contract. You will also be notified via email before your contract expires if you wish to renew your membership.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you sign up for the service, you are responsible for payment. We provide this service at a minimal cost so that all involved can experience a more pleasurable apartment seeking experience. If you have a specialized claim it will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Q: Will my membership automatically be renewed?
A: Apartment Seekers: No your membership will only be renewed if you sign up again.
A: Landlords: Yes, your yearly membership maintenance will automatically be billed to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is not valid, you will be notified via e-mail of the final renewal date.

Q: Are pets a problem?
A: You can search under many criteria. Data shows that if you have a dog, it will narrow your search down to about 17% and a cat about 23%.

Q: Why isn't there a refund if we don’t find a place at all?
A: We provide a list of properties that is updated every hour of every day. Your success at finding a place depends on your dedication and search criteria.

Q: If I do not have access to a credit or debit card can I pay with a check or person?
A: Apartment Seekers: No, you must pay online.
A: Landlords/Advertisers: We prefer that you pay online. If online payment is not possible, please contact our A/R department under the Contact Us heading for special arrangements or to set up terms.

Q: Where can I find new listings for the day on the website?
A: New listings will be emailed to your registered email account daily for as long as your membership is valid.
